• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. bdt3777 reserves the right to request matching of withdrawal destination to deposit source as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that you personally own. Use of funds belonging to third parties, or funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Transaction Fees: bdt3777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of bdt3777. Check with your bKash, Nagad, or card provider for their applicable charges.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. bdt3777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

bdt3777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events on the Bangladesh calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to receive a deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact match percentage and maximum bonus amount will be as stated in the current welcome offer at the time of registration.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a User's account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is in progress may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus and its associated wagering progress.
• Abuse Prevention: bdt3777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold any winnings derived from bonus play, and suspend any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, strategic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploitation of errors or loopholes in promotion mechanics.
• bdt3777's Discretion: bdt3777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already commenced meeting the wagering requirement on a bonus that is subsequently amended will have their original terms honoured.

As a registered User of bdt3777, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner that does not harm the platform, other Users, or third parties. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdt3777 and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering to deposit into your bdt3777 account.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting the platform's bonus structures.

bdt3777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion. The most common grounds for account action are set out below, though this list is not exhaustive:

• Voluntary Closure: A User may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked from all gambling activity and the User may not deposit, wager, or access game lobbies. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without question or pressure to reconsider.
• Breach of Terms: bdt3777 may suspend or close an account where the User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Article 7. Accounts closed for breach of Terms may have their remaining balance withheld pending investigation.
• Regulatory or Legal Requirement: bdt3777 may be required to close or restrict accounts in response to a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority. In such cases, bdt3777 will follow the applicable legal process.
• Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. bdt3777 will notify the User at the registered email address before any action is taken on an inactive account. Real-money balances are preserved on inactive accounts and will be returned to the User upon verified request.

In all cases of account closure or suspension, bdt3777 will endeavour to communicate the reason for the action to the User where it is legally permissible and practically feasible to do so. Decisions made by bdt3777 in relation to account closure for breach of Terms are final, subject to the User's right to submit a formal complaint to the support team.
